Position Summary

The Automotive Lube and Oil Technician is responsible for performing lube-related services and vehicle inspections efficiently and professionally. This role requires a strong customer service focus and adherence to company standards for quality and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Perform lube, oil, and filter services in a professional manner.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections as required.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
  • Complete assigned service tasks within allotted timeframes.
  • Attend company meetings and participate in performance management processes.
  • Follow company policies and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company non-disclosure agreements.
  • Keep technical qualifications current through required training.
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaner upon return than when received.
  • Submit accurate paperwork and documentation after completing jobs.

Working Hours

This position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, talk, or hear.
  • Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
